Hair Care ● It is said that hair is one’s crowning glory. ● Shampoo the hair twice or thrice a week. ● Brush your hair before and after bath to avoid tangles. ● Brush your hair from the scalps to the tips of the hair to distribute natural oil in the hair. ● Let hair dry naturally; do not use hair drier. Facial Care ● Clean nose and ears using clean cotton bud. Insert lightly and rotate the bud carefully; do it twice or thrice a week. ● When one’s eyes are tired, try covering them with the palm for 1 minute and a minute after every 2 hours of continuous reading. Tooth Care ● Brush teeth after every meal. Use a soft toothbrush to brush teeth in, up, down, and circular motion to remove food particles. ● Avoid foods that are very sweet, fatty, and salty. ● Use dental floss to remove food particles in between teeth. ● Drink water after eating to wash away remaining food particles and keep the mouth fresh.
