Guests may want to order one or two with a beverage. Or order a few to share as a starter. They may want to share several of the small plates as their entree. Or 1 or 2 side dishes in addition to their entrees. Use your judgment in reading when guests might like their small plates served. If the guest orders one or two small plates before entrees, ring as appetizers. If a guest orders a small plate to be served with a meal, ring with entrées. If the guests are only having small plates, ask if they'd like them all at once or as they're ready. If the guests would like each small plate to be brought to the table as it is ready, the Server can send each item to the kitchen individually so that KMS doesn't balance all the items as a single ticket. Both our Glamburgers & Sandwiches and are served with a choice of French fries or green salad. Ask guests: "Would you like French fries or a green salad?" If guest would like a green salad, let them know: "That comes tossed in our delicious balsamic vinaigrette." Temperature: All of our burgers are cooked well done. We offer the following choices on any burger for a slight additional charge: Fresh avocado Freshly sautéed mushrooms 2 slices of smoked beef bacon Prep: Anticipate the guest's needs by prepping the table with the items they need to enjoy their meal before the food arrives.
