[Audio] Let me introduce you to Superoxide Dismutase, or S-O-D--. This enzyme is like a first responder in our cells, protecting them from harmful molecules called superoxide radicals. These radicals can cause a lot of damage if left unchecked, but S-O-D quickly steps in to neutralize them.
