[Audio] I want to emphasize the critical importance of signing in and out properly during your time here. This simple yet crucial procedure ensures our workplace remains safe and organized. When you sign in you provide us with valuable information in case of emergencies such as knowing who is on-site and where they are located. This helps us account for everyone swiftly and effectively. Equally important signing out ensures that we have an accurate record of who is in the premises at any given time. In emergency situations any persons not properly accounted for may be treated as missing potentially diverting emergency workers' efforts and putting them at risk by looking for someone who isn't there. Please make it a habit to sign in when you arrive and sign out when you leave only add your signature when you are leaving without exceptions. This small effort greatly contributes to our collective security and compliance with workplace policies..

This precaution helps to minimize the risk of transferring potentially harmful contaminants or pathogens from your hands to sensitive areas of your face. If you have been working in an area where you may have been exposed to rats or have handled materials that could be contaminated by rats it is essential to wash your hands and forearms thoroughly with hot water and soap as soon as possible. This step is vital for ensuring that any potential contaminants are effectively removed and reducing the risk of infection or disease. If you have observed an increase in rat activity on your site it is important to report this immediately to the Site Manager or Supervisor. Prompt reporting will enable them to assess the situation and take the necessary actions to address the issue such as initiating pest control measures or conducting a thorough inspection. Taking these steps ensures that potential health risks are managed appropriately and helps maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
