Stocks inward vehicles reported to Security desk. Checked & keep records of Vehicles documents (RC Copy/All India permit, Insurance & Pollution Copy) & checked vehicle health condition as per checklist, checked Tripoline on the floor. Also need to check Valid Driving license & Driver health condition-Drunk or not as well. Stocks Inward documents to be checked such as STN Copy, LR, Waybill & Etc. Vehicle’s SEAL must be intact & matched with the documents. Infront of Driver /Transporter Person Seal broken & Unloading Started. Checked real time temperature data in Transit & approved for unloading or HOLD until get approved from HO. All products (Product name, Batch No. MRP to be checked from Company sealed Box) & 100% Loose Qty to be checked with STN copy. Unload the stocks in designated STOCKS INWARD area till the time full Vehicles get completed. If any discrepancies found, immediately inform to HO & sending location too. All the discrepancies noted down at the back side of the LR & duly acknowledge by Driver. Stocks get into system & as well inside the WH storage area. Materials handling-Stocks Inward Stocks outward vehicles reported to Security desk. Checked & keep records of Vehicles documents (RC Copy/All India permit, Insurance & Pollution Copy) & & checked vehicle health condition as per checklist, checked Tripoline on the floor are in place. Also need to check Valid Driving license & Driver health condition-Drunk or not and accordingly Vehicles get started for activation of desired temperature. Checked real time temperature data to approve for loading the stocks. Products must be packed as per Pick Slip & checked twice. STN raised into system & kept the shippers in STOCKS OUTWARD area for loading the same. All regulatory documents checked (STN, LR, Waybill) & Filled the data sheet & Intimate receiving location..
