SLDHMS   is an innovative leadership structure, which aims to create vertical network of quality leadership from Year 3 to Year 13.   Student  leadership is an integral part of student success. Student leadership is the ability of the student body to influence major decisions about its quality of education and learning environment.  Influencing  major decisions requires a “listening” and a “valuing” and the incorporation of the ideas that students propose .

SLDHMS  tries making a real contribution to a better future. It aims to lead individual-by-individual, idea by idea, taking calculated risks, spotting opportunities, and acting decisively.  Facilitating young leaders to dream, innovate, create and lead the community through their entrepreneurial and enterprising skill .

SLDHMS   will initiate plans to unlock the potential of students in key areas of teaching & learning and positive attitude & behaviour. This system can bring out social, cultural, economic and environmental awareness, preparing students to play their own part in shaping a sustainable future for themselves and others. Aims To initiate vertical leaders network for collaborative independent learning To strengthen leadership qualities among students across the levels for improved academics, social and personal development of student community. To build student abilities and skill towards stakeholder (student-staff-outside community) relationship. To develop their higher order thinking skill & thereby promoting positivity.
