Issue Identified – Customers losing his manual prescription How was the issue identified We are a mall store where we get customers from different places of India / NRIs. Some of our customers preferred to get lenses in their regional Titan Eye+ stores. We got a similar customer who have checked their eyes and purchased frame from our store. But the customer has lost their manual prescription while travelling back to their hometown. Sale was missed . In this case, we have sent the prescription as a google link to the customer, so that they can order in the Titan Eye+ store which is nearby.

BENEFITS TILL DATE. With the Rx sent through link, we have increased the sale around 15 customers Approx., After completing the eye test we have updated the new prescription to the customer, But once the prescription is provided digitally the lenses can be made in any Titan Eye+ stores..
