[Audio] Project Details. Our client is the Rokos Capital Management L-L-P is an alternative asset management firm. The Company focuses on macro asset classes in developed and emerging markets. Rokos Capital Management serves customers worldwide. Description of Works. The Refurbishment of office space to create more desks on Level 2 and Level 3 and fitout of new space on Level 1 including Gymnasium , Changing Facilities, Showers, Town Hall, and a Cafeteria..

[Audio] Site Logistics. Access/egress for operatives is via the new Burlington Place loading bay . The site is open from Day at 7:00AM to 5.00PM. To Night's from 7.00pm to 7.00AM Deliveries booking only for vehicles over 3.5 tons . Materials and equipment are to be dropped off at the loading bay and taken to the Overbury site demise. No delivery's left in the loading bay overnight . Storage for materials to be agreed with Overbury Management prior to delivery. No parking on site.

[Audio] Welfare. The Project Office is located on Level 1 Entrance via Loading Bay, then Goods lift to level 1. Operatives' Welfare (Changing Room, Canteen ) located on level 1 by the project office . Site Toilets located in the lift lobby on the level 1 . We are using client toilets please keep it tidy at all the time . Smoking is not permitted on site including e cigarettes and we ask you not to smoke. The is No Smoking area on this site . Battery charging station are located in the welfare area . Building Fire alarm test every Wednesday 10 am . Please Assist Us In Keeping Facilities Clean And Tidy.

[Audio] Noise Restrictions There are noise restrictions on the Project. Noisy works are only allowed 7pm to 6am Monday to Friday and Weekends. Please consider all operatives when carrying out any noisy works. In addition, audio equipment radios or use of headphones are not permitted on site..

[Audio] Current Site Hazards. We will keep you up to date on the relevant hazards as and when they arise during the project. A list will be displayed on the information boards and signage will be clearly in place..

[Audio] Site Information Boards. See site H&S notice board for project fire plan drawings indicating fire exit routes, fire extinguisher's locations and muster areas. Please take the time to read & understand the information boards located in each lobby area..

[Audio] Site Rules. You must read and understand if you had not done so already your Risk Assessments and any necessary Method Statements. You will be required to signed to confirm you have read and understood. Permits are required for the following areas / Activities. Hot works. Confined Spaces. Access to Risers. Access to areas outside of site boundary. Use of steps (with specific Risk Assessments).

[Audio] Minimum Ppe Requirements For This Site. Safety helmets to BS EN397 (Bump Caps are not acceptable). Safety footwear with reinforced toe caps and mid sole reinforcement to BS EN345. High visibility vests to BS EN471. And Suitable hand protection in the form of Safety Gloves (to a minimum of BS4343 EN345).

[Audio] Additional P-P-E-. Depending on your task and approved method statement you may be required to wear additional P-P-E-: Eye Protection such as goggles or full-face visors. Wrist and Arm protection (gauntlets or wristlets), working in ceiling voids. Ear protection (ear defenders/plugs). Respiratory protection (face masks), wood working, rubbing down, COSHH. Fall protection (harness with fall restraint or Fall arrest lanyards). And Overalls.

[Audio] Emergency Procedures. In the event of fire, the alarm; Proceed to the assembly point at new Burlington place in the front of the loading bay fire routes shown on the Site plan. Overbury Management will run through roll call. Only return onto site once instructed by Overbury Management. Following this induction please take the time to familiarise yourself with routes and exits. Fire marshals on this project are Tony Foster ,Viktoras Savickis ,Vladut Neadu . All the above information is also displayed on the site notice board which is located the site entrance..

[Audio] Incidents/accidents. All incidents must be reported to Overbury Site Management immediately this includes: When anyone has been injured not matter how small. Any near misses, this is anything that could have resulted in an accident. And Ensuring any injuries are entered into the accident book which is kept in the site office..

[Audio] Nearest Hospital to Site is: University College Hospital . And is 1.2 miles away. And is on 235 Euston Road ,London. The Post code is NW1 2BU And it is Open 24 Hours a day.

[Audio] Housekeeping. Materials to be stored on racking or pallets in the dedicated areas. Do not block access routes or fire exits. Clear up any waste generated as you go Be respectful of other trades work on site. When moving materials or equipment around the site. Loads on A frame trollies to be secured with straps when moving. Arrange for materials in your way to be moved rather than 'making do'..

[Audio] Environmental Management. Overbury is committed to recycling don't waste materials. Re-use where possible. Always place your waste in the correct bin which are signed as displayed. Don't forget to check to see if it needs to go in hazardous waste bin. We also provide spill kits on the floor next to the fire pints.

[Audio] Open Door Policy If you feel that what you are being asked to do is unsafe tell your supervisor. If you are still unsure, then ask us. Please report anything you feel is unsafe or potentially unsafe..

[Audio] Subcontractors Site Managers/supervisors. As the main point of contact for health and safety representing your firm. You will be required to: Carry out MS/RA briefings, copies of which will have to be issued to Overbury and ensure that operatives are following them. Carry out weekly toolbox talks, and issue signed registers to Overbury. Ensure all your operatives have the correct P-P-E before they start work. Ensure all your operatives follow the Overbury site rules. And Be a first aider or have appropriate cover within your team..
