A COLLABORATIVE PROGRAM INVOLVING 3 PARTIES INCORPORATING EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION FOR NCD PREVENTION VIA DR.FIT SOFTWARE..

MS NEW SYMPHONY - ASIA COLLEGE OF EXERCISE & SPORTS MEDICINE  Aimed to produce Exercise Therapists. ACESM to be the center of research and information for preventive medicine and intervention program for Non Communicable Disease (NCD)  Pilot study 2 years with MOH : exercise prescription as a new form of non-invasive treatment. In this program : -Provide Exercise therapists (ET) to  UniSHAMS -All  Equipments  (sponsored as their CSR project) -Bearing all the cost for the program -Aiming to bring the name to WHO

UNIVERSITI ISLAM ANTARABANGSA SULTAN ABDUL HALIM MU’ADZAM SHAH ( UniSHAMS ) Providing the facility :  Exrcise  clinic is placed at the ground level of Medical faculty  UniSHAMS Providing health counseling or consultations for clients on rotational basis ( medical lecturers from Medical Faculty,  UniSHAMS

KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA (KKM)     Identifying clients who have the selected NCD risks (Pre-DM, Pre-Hypertension & Obese) and referring them to Exercise Clinic at  Unishams Providing lab service (6 monthly FBS for clients throughout enrollment)  Working hand in hand with ET upon getting back reports, referrals  etc
