[Audio] You can manage your training and test bookings, including date and time, through the Manage Booking section. No refunds are given for Traffic Police Theory or practical test cancellations. For practical lessons, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson starts to receive an immediate refund to your BBDC account. No refunds are given for Traffic Police theory or practical test cancellations. If you cancel a lesson within 48 hours, it will be placed under the Try-Sell system. A refund will only be issued if the slot is successfully sold. If not, you may choose to take back the slot and attend the lesson. Try-Sell closes 2 hours before the lesson begins. Please note, no SMS or email reminders will be sent before your scheduled sessions. Once your booking is confirmed, training vehicles and instructors are allocated for your session. If you are absent, no refund or make-up lesson will be provided..
