Al Bayan LLC is  one  of the leading company in  the Sultanate of Oman ,  specialized in T ransport ,  Logistics  and  Rental  equipment's. It   was established in 1996  and has the capability of providing st rategic solutions and value  added services to the different target customers  cater to  their needs  & services of the  Industry. Al   Bayan  focus on oil and gas , construction field  within Oman and all  other   GCC   countries.  The company has  many rewards and   accreditations from renowned oil-field companies including  Schlumberger, Haliburton, Baker Hughes and other services companies . It has successful collaborative history in public and private sector projects.  Al Bayan Company has established strong and strategic relationships  with  many  clients including   Dodsal ,  Punjloyd , Carillion Alawi, Atkins, Weatherford, Jan De  Nul , MonteAdriano, Hanjin, CCC, Larsen & Toubro, DHL  and  The Royal  Courts Currently, Al Bayan is active in Logistics and Equipment Rentals, and has its own fleet of heavy equipment. Our drivers and operators are well trained and qualified to provide an effective and efficient services. Also it possesses its own yard for major repairs, which can be utilized for warehousing needs as well.

The Purpose. The aim of this proposal is to invite interested & strategic business partners who wish to join hands with us and lay the strong foundation for mutual growth of the business in the Sultanate of Oman. Adhering to the Al Bayan expertise in the local market and capitalizing from the huge opportunities of Oman 2040 Vison in the market with leading industry giants ..

The aim of this proposal is to invite interested  & strategic business partners who wish to join  hands  with us and lay the strong foundation for  mutual growth  of the business in  the Sultanate of  Oman. Adhering to the Al  Bayan expertise in the local market and capitalizing from the huge  opportunities of Oman 2040 Vison in the market  with  leading industry giants .

Why Strategic partners ?  The  reason behind this call for  a partners is  to  have a concrete organization structure which needs a strong financial back up to facilitate the sizable contract for  more  business  and future developments of the company.  Avoid bank  loans and their high interests rates.

In  addition to that ,  shifting  the company from credit to  cash-basis business enables more profit , by liquid cash injection we  can tremendously reduce the financial cost of our  operations  and in return translating into more favorable yields.

Al Bayan will manage and operate the contract .New partner will provide capital / fund / assets as per the contract specifications & its compliance . All such investments made by the strategic partner shall be protected legally ..

Scope :  Provide a fleet of  5 trucks on rental  basis  for a period of 5 years

-  2 Nos Prime  movers  with 40ft flatbed. -  2 Nos Prime  movers  with box trailer.

Total estimated fund required:  136,000.00 OMR
