Scene 10 (1m 37s)

Per Y Combinator - they are very involved with a company’s development Interviews and selects 2 batches Seed money, advice, and connections “office hours” - where startup founders meet individually and participate in group meetings YC teachs how to market, refine team and business model.

Scene 11 (1m 51s)

Consumer due diligence - final thoughts If stable gains is backed by Y Combinator, a reputable start up accelerator and helps mentor and guide young companies to be reputable - then Stablegains is now worth looking into as well.

Scene 22 (4m 39s)

May 14, 2022 Stablegains gives customers access to transfer remaining “UST” By their record, this was the current value of my investment.

Scene 23 (4m 57s)

Stablecoins Fallout. Life savings disintegrated Dark thoughts ensued Mental anguish Thoughts of possible family break up Exercised due diligence prior to initial investment, still ended up a victim to fraud.

Scene 24 (5m 9s)

Stablecoins Fallout. I was one of many who suffered at Stablegains Collapse Audio of Stablegains Customers who lost it all many different paths of life and consumer due diligence, same outcome.

Scene 25 (5m 25s)

Post Collapse Thoughts Who is really at fault. Stablegains founders were young and hungry entering a new space They could not have lost $47+ million in customer funds without proper mentoring, counseling and funding All edits to their platform post collapse were strategic, they KNEW what they misled investors about Likelyhood that they were guided on what to change in order to mitigate risk their own risk and their investors Why go after Stablegains? They don’t have the customers money.

Scene 26 (5m 46s)

Stabelgains + Y Combinator. Stablegains used Y combinator to establish credibility and prestige when marketing their business Responsibilities Y Combinator had as a Start up Accelerator Mentorship and guidance Due Diligence - expected to conduct this before selecting a start up for their program Did they knowingly allow Stablegains to use lie about their claims of mitigating their risk? Post Program support assisting start-ups navigating post-accelerator challenges Were they also involved in the post-depegging scramble where they scrubbed their pages with new language? Accelerators should provide guidelines on how they represent them in pubicly.

Scene 27 (6m 10s)

The case against Y combinator. Y Combinator Failed to exercise due diligence that directly contributed to Stablegains failure (or was purely negligent) how could such a flagrant misrepresentation of Risk Mitigation happen without Y Combinator knowing through their lauded accelerator program FAQ pages and marketing efforts dedicated to promoting the fraud Y Combinator should take accountability for their role in supporting Supporting Startups is risky to begin with - there is no way Stablegains didn’t not know about the misrepresentations and/or play a hand in guiding Stable Gains to make the claims it did during its marketing efforts Legally this can fall in a few categories Negligence - not playing their part in fully vetting the fraud that Stablegains was committing, yet enabling them to cause the harm Fraud/Misrepresentation - Knowingly allowing Stablegains to misrepresent their business model with false statements that led to harm to consumers Consumer Protection Laws- Stablegains deceived consumers about their business model to bring harm to consumers Tort Liability - $40+ million in losses to Americans from all walks of life.

Scene 28 (6m 50s)

what of it? after thoughts - Who is really at fault Y COMBINATOR.

Scene 29 (7m 10s)

Objective. Hold Y Combinator Accountable Make the claims mentioned Get principle investment + promised interest to date (15% APY on 320K since May 2022) + damages ongoing psychological trauma Get justice and peace of mind.
