Scene 2 (10s)

Introduction. San Isidro Elementary School was founded in 1964 through the initiative of Fernando Jaena, then the Capitan Del Barrio, and Bernardo Castillo, then the municipal mayor and school site donor. It is 2.6 km away from the town proper, 2.2 km from the district office, and 41 km away from the division office. Its land area is 5000 sq. meters. Its land ownership is a tax declaration issued by the municipal assessor’s office. 100% of its land area is covered with concrete panels. The school has 12 existing instructional classrooms, one principal’s office, and one covered court, two gazeboes that serve as a learning circle, and two grottos and ongoing construction of a two-storey 4-classroom building. SIES is one of the medium-sized schools in Tiaong II District, Division of Quezon SIES has one (1) Master Teacher 2, one (1) Master 1, twelve (12) Teacher 3 and one (1) Teacher I, One (1) Administrative Officer II and one (1) Project Development Officer I under the supervision of a full-fledged principal. It offers complete elementary education and Alternative Learning System (ALS).

iiiiiiii i. It can be gleaned from the graph that the enrollment of San Isidro Elementary School is remarkably DECREASING. From an 8.85% decrease from Y1 to Y2 and a 4.58% decrease from Y2 to Y3, or a total of a 13.02% decrease from Y1 to Y3, several factors can be attributed to the trend, such as demographic changes (aging population/migration), economic factors, and competition with private institutions. 15 learners decided to enroll in other schools due to transfer of residence, 1 transfer to private school (Southside) and 1 decided to stop due to financial difficulties. Intensification of Project PRAYE (Child-mapping) and Project NELA (a private-sponsored feeding program) is highly recommended to increase enrollment..

Scene 6 (1m 47s)

It can be gleaned from the graph that despite the decreasing enrollment, the DROP OUT RATE remained zero (0%). This suggests that the students who enrolled were committed to completing their programs. Such trend may indicate effective retention strategies implemented by the institution, ensuring that those who start their education are likely to finish it. Projects such as School-based feeding program and Project NELA (a private-sponsored feeding program are effective in keeping our learners in school..

Scene 8 (2m 19s)

Based on the graph, the average graduation rate of San Isidro Elementary School is 99.48%. From Y1 to Y2, a 100% graduation rate was recorded, but in Y3, there is only 98.44% due to the transfer of 1 learner to another school..

Scene 10 (2m 42s)

The total amount generated by San Isidro Elementary School during SY 2024-2025 is PhP154,150, of which 64% is for cash donation; this is due to the private-sponsored feeding program, and the remaining 36% is for in-kind donation. Strengthening community linkages and public-private partnerships is encouraged to generate more funds to mobilize other projects such as repairs and maintenance of facilities, procurement of ICT equipment, and learning materials..

Scene 12 (3m 13s)

The graph shows that the MOOE liquidation for fiscal year 2024 is consistently 100%, which signifies that all allocated funds were fully utilized as intended. This level of efficiency indicates strong financial management and accountability within the institution. Such effective utilization of resources not only maximizes operational effectiveness but also enhances stakeholder confidence in the organization's commitment to fiscal responsibility. By prioritizing transparency and efficiency, the school can further strengthen its reputation and ensure continued support from stakeholders..

Scene 14 (3m 46s)

The graph shows that SIES personnel completed at least 4 research projects (Basic Research) this school year 2024-2025, equivalent to only 22.22%. This percentage highlights the need for increased engagement in research activities among the staff. Conflict with the schedules and loaded activities often discourages teachers from engaging in research. Project BURP (Boost and Understand that Research is Possible) helps and assists teachers to conduct research projects. Through workshops and collaborative sessions, Project BURP aims to provide teachers with the necessary tools and support to navigate their busy schedules while prioritizing research..

Scene 16 (4m 21s)

Among the grade levels, Grade 2 has the highest number of failed learners with a 4.08% failure rate, followed by grade 1 and grade 4 with 3.03% and 1.72% failure rates, respectively. All failed learners were diagnosed with learning disability, 2 of them were diagnosed with ADHD, 1 deaf and mute, and 1 has Intellectual disability. The school achieved a 98.70% passing rate over a 1.3% failure rate. Various interventions have been made to address the concern, such as parents' conferences and referral to SNED classes, since all of them have an assessment and diagnosis. Intensification of reading (MMK) and numeracy program (SIMPLE) is highly encouraged to increase the passing rate..

Scene 18 (5m 2s)

It can be gleaned from the graph the DECREASING trend of NON-READERS both in English and Filipino. English has a 91.30% decrease. Filipino, on the other hand, shows a slightly smaller decline of 77.78%. This significant drop in non-readers indicates a growing engagement with literature and reading materials among the pupils of SIES. This positive trend suggests that various initiatives, such as reading programs and literacy campaigns (PROJECT MMK, a thirty-minute reading habit every everyday from 3:30 to 4:00 in the afternoon), may be effectively fostering a love for reading. As students become more engaged, it is likely that their comprehension and critical thinking skills will also improve, further enhancing their academic performance..

Scene 19 (5m 37s)

Number of Non-Numerates. Nos. of non-numerates-Pretest vs Posttest 80 70 60 50 40 30 20 10 PRETEST POST TEST.

Scene 20 (5m 45s)

The graph show that the non-numerates of SIES decline from 79 during the pretest to just 17 during the posttest, equivalent to a 78.48% decrease. Although there is a decrease in the number of non-numerates, still 10% of our intermediate learners belong to this group. This indicates that while significant progress has been made in enhancing numeracy skills, targeted intervention such as PROJECT SIMPLE, a thirty-minute numeracy program conducted daily from 3:30-4:00 in the afternoon, is still necessary to support the remaining learners. Addressing the needs of this 10% will be crucial in ensuring that all students achieve proficiency in mathematics..
