[Audio] Safety health and the environment are of utmost importance at Henkel. All employees are held to the highest standard to ensure the safety of those who work or visit our sites. Precautionary rules are put in place to prevent incidents and accidents while also identifying and controlling potential hazards. In the case of an emergency we have a plan prepared to act swiftly. Higher risk work is permitted through a system in place for authorization. Employees are provided with necessary P-P-E and trained in safety and health by our S-H-E Department. An Occupational Health team and a S-H-E Committee are in place to provide an additional layer of protection. Furthermore Housekeeping Standards are enforced and environmental issues are prioritized..

[Audio] For everyone working or visiting Henkel sites the safety health and well-being of all are taken very seriously. Signing in and out of the site and wearing your badge visibly are essential. Adhere to all speed restrictions stay with your site contact and do not wander into other areas. Respect the no-smoking and no-camera policies and check in with your site contact for correct disposal of any hazardous chemicals. In designated atex areas no mobile phones or other ignition sources are allowed. Wear safety glasses and safety shoes as needed and be aware of all safety signage and designated walkways. In the event of an emergency evacuate to the assembly point and await further instruction. Fire alarm tests are conducted at 12 noon on Wednesdays and Thursdays and contact a first-aider via Security (ext. 450 Ballyfermot) to report any accidents incidents or near-misses. Henkel ensures that these safety policies are strictly enforced and followed for the protection of all..

This is to ensure that any potential consequences are minimized and that the required investigations can take place as quickly as possible. Following up on all reports is essential to implement corrective and preventative measures..

Incidents or accidents must be reported via Mirashare and any injured employees must be assessed by the OH Nurse Company doctor or an external agent appointed by the company. Our company is committed to ensuring the safety health and wellbeing of all our staff and visitors on our sites..

[Audio] We recognize the importance of upholding excellent house-keeping standards at Henkel. Achieving these standards enables us to produce a higher quality product and also sets a good impression. To ensure the proper order and organization all products need to be kept separate and each piece of machinery must be well maintained. It is also important for all employees to be aware of their surroundings and stay alert to potential hazards. This includes identifying primary hazards on site such as chemical or electrical risks and taking the necessary precautions to protect our safety and the safety of all who visit our sites..

[Audio] Ensuring the safety of all individuals is paramount in any workplace. When in the vicinity of Forklift trucks it is essential to ensure that the driver and pedestrian make eye contact before the pedestrian can move on. It is mandatory to maintain a distance of at least one meter at all times. If the pedestrian enters the one meter radius around the Forklift the driver must stop the truck instantly. Adhering to this rule is essential to ensure the safety of all individuals..

Only proceed past the Forktruck if you have made eye contact with the driver and he/she has stopped and has signalled to you to proceed (1.5 meter distance to be maintained).

Fork lift drivers and pedestrians must maintain a minimum of a 1mt no go / do not enter area between each other. Fork lift drivers must stop their truck immediately if any pedestrian enters the  1mt Halo Zone radius.

[Audio] It is essential to give forklifts the right of way when they are crossing pedestrian routes in the warehouse. Exercise caution when around them by giving them space paying attention to changes in speed and direction and looking and listening for them. Let's work together to maintain safety and observe the right of way at all times..

[Audio] The Goods Inwards Area is an area which sees a lot of forklift movements and access must be restricted to the Side Door. Any access other than the Side Door must be arranged with the Area Supervisor or Charge Hand and all vehicle movements require isolation. It is essential that Health Safety and Environment protocols be observed at all times. To make sure these standards are met please adhere to the provided guidelines..

[Audio] Be aware of Ex signs which indicate that a Hot Works permit is needed when conducting work in that area. Flammable substances mixing with air can create a potentially explosive atmosphere and not adhering to safety protocols can result in explosions oxygen and ignition of fuels potentially leading to confinements. It is important to ensure safety is prioritized in any Ex area activities..

[Audio] It is for your safety that the pilot plant cleaning station production area and yard in Ballyfermot have been designated as atex areas. Smoking and mobile phones are not allowed in these areas. If you need to bring a phone into the pilot plant or cleaning station please ensure that it is left in the secure box at the entrance..

[Audio] Ensure when handling flammables that there are no sources of ignition nearby. Have safety equipment such as eye wash safety showers and fire extinguishers readily accessible. Clean up any spillages if it is safe to do so and report any incident to management. Use the smallest quantities possible and keep containers closed when not in use. Label all containers correctly. Do not bring any contaminated personal protective equipment (P-P-E--) into the canteen area. Store in a bund and make sure up to date safety data sheets and a chemical risk assessment are available before bringing any flammables into the workplace. Wear appropriate P-P-E and undertake work in a well ventilated area if possible..

Always be aware of the location of the Emergency stop button, and that it is within reach, before approaching any machinery.

[Audio] If an emergency alarm is activated it is critical to exit the building quickly. When the alarm is triggered the turnstiles will switch to free-flow mode and the glass barrier will open without needing to be swiped. It is of utmost importance to evacuate the building quickly and safely to ensure everyone remains safe..

[Audio] Before entering our building you will need to record your name and company in the Security log to receive a card. The card must stay with you at all times and will be needed to open the turnstiles. A record is kept of everyone on site and in the event of an alarm activation you must make your way quickly to your Security muster point or the R&D car park. When arriving at these points please hold your card up to the reader until it beeps. Your trainer will show you all assembly and muster point locations after your induction..

[Audio] Upon arrival at the site all personnel must register with Security and provide information including their name and company. Personnel must also sign out each time they leave the site. Following the induction by the trainer personnel should be aware of the assembly and muster points locations in the event of an emergency. Should an emergency occur personnel must immediately report to Security and wait for their name to be called..

[Audio] The Henkel sites in Tallaght and Ballyfermot will have their weekly alarm tests this week. On Wednesdays an alarm will sound for a short duration at 12pm in Tallaght. Similarly on Thursdays at 12pm in Ballyfermot an alarm will also sound for a brief time. In the event that the alarm lasts for more than 15 seconds it is an authentic alarm and everyone should evacuate the building..

[Audio] Henkel Dublin is committed to emergency preparedness having an Emergency Response Team (E-R-T--) in place to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of its employees customers contractors and visitors. The E-R-T is comprised of 18 members qualified through specialised off-site and on-site courses divided into 3 groups with 3 reserve members. In the event of a serious incident at the site the Incident Management Team (I-M-T--) is the senior management team responsible for managing it. The I-M-T implements the Emergency Response Plan (E-R-P--) for such occurrences. The safety and health of everyone on the sites and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards remain a priority for Henkel Dublin..

Henkel Dublin have an Emergency Response Team (ERT) in place to cover emergencies on both Tallaght and Ballyfermot sites and related off site emergencies. We have 18 ERT members divided into 3 groups of 6 and 3 reserve members. All completed a two day specialised off site training course and onsite training in Ballyfermot & Tallaght – further training is ongoing. We also have an Incident Management Team (IMT) who are the senior management team. This team will manage serious incidents that happen on site – see Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for details.

[Audio] When a spillage of chemicals or hazardous materials occurs on site it is important to take the necessary steps. If safe to do so and the hazards are known then it is possible to try and deal with it oneself. Beforehand Safety Data Sheets should be checked to ensure the right protective equipment is worn. Furthermore the area should be cordoned off to protect nearby personnel. It is important to note that all spillages must be reported immediately..

 You should only deal with a spill yourself if it is safe to do so and you know the hazards
 Check the Safety Data Sheets beforehand for any special precautions, e.g. the correct PPE. Cordon off the area to protect nearby personnel.

[Audio] At Henkel we are committed to the safety health and environment of our employees our visitors and our sites. To ensure that we are prepared in any emergency situation we have an array of emergency equipment on site such as emergency showers eyewash stations spill kits first aid kits and defibrillators. We take great pride in ensuring that our sites are always in top condition and we are prepared for any emergency situation that may arise..

[Audio] "When an activity is considered to be of high risk safety measures must be taken to ensure that the safety of everyone on the premises is not compromised. This includes the use of Authorised Work Permits also known as A-W-P-s-. A-W-Ps provide structure and an audit trail when undertaking high-risk work ensuring that only qualified personnel are allowed to carry out the task and that they have the right resources to do it correctly and safely.

6. Authorised Work Permits (AWP)
and High risk work

[Audio] All work must be covered by an Authorised Work Permit or A-W-P which must be discussed and determined with a Henkel Supervisor before any work starts. The A-W-P is valid for up to one day or 24 hours in atex areas or five days in the Tallaght plant without weekends. It is essential that a review and signature of the A-W-P is made daily with the Henkel Supervisor Area Approver for each area affected by any work the Work Acceptor and S-H-E Department in the case of high risk work. It is very important that no work should be carried out until a fully signed-off A-W-P is in place under no circumstances should any high risk work be done alone..

AWP required for all work, Discuss and determine permit requirements with Henkel supervisor before work starts, AWP valid for up to:	1 day / 24H ATEX areas, 			5 days in Tallaght, without weekend, 			 Review and sign each AWP daily with  Henkel Supervisor, Area Approver for each area work affected,  Work Acceptor, SHE Department in case of high risk work DO NOT START WORK UNTIL PERMITS ARE IN PLACE AND FULLY SIGNED OFF No high risk work can be done alone

[Audio] Work permits for any worksite must follow specific criteria. If any activity falls outside of the initial permit's scope or if the risk assessment changes the permit becomes invalid. Additionally the permit is no longer valid if the work goes beyond the permit's time frame or in the case of a true emergency. Active Work Permits must be displayed on the permit board at Ballyfermot EBF and Tallaght. A copy is to be kept at these same places. The work area should be cordoned off and signs should be put up to warn workers. Lastly all necessary checks and precautions must be taken in compliance with relevant MS CRA and S-P-A regulations..

[Audio] PPE or Personal Protective Equipment is a vital safety measure for safeguarding employees from workplace hazards and risks. Henkel provides employees with P-P-E that fulfills or surpasses all applicable safety standards. We make certain that employees have the suitable P-P-E recommended for their job role and that it is used and taken care of properly. In addition we provide our personnel with training and education on how to safely use the gear. We understand that P-P-E is essential for the Safety Health and Environment of those on our premises and we take that duty seriously..

[Audio] At Henkel we recognize the critical importance of safeguarding the safety health and environment of all individuals who visit our sites. In accordance with legislative requirements it is mandatory that all personnel put on and use Personal Protective Equipment (P-P-E--). This can include safety glasses hi-visibility clothing anti-static safety shoes and hard hats in Ballyfermot safety glasses hi-visibility clothing and anti-static safety shoes in Manufacturing and safety glasses and lab coats in Laboratories. When dealing with chemicals long sleeves ideal gloves face/eye protection and breathing protection as indicated in the P-P-E Matrix and safety data sheet must be employed. Moreover when working with sharps cut resistant gloves must be worn. We also ask that personnel always don when hearing protection in areas displaying blue hearing protection signs. To make sure everyone remains safe please study the P-P-E Matrix for the proper P-P-E criteria..

To ensure all our employees are knowledgeable on the latest safety operations and regulations extensive training is provided on a wide range of topics from chemical awareness to manual handling. Department-specific training also exists such as working at height abrasive wheels forklift and mobile elevating work platforms. In addition Playlist has created online Henkel modules. All training is obligatory providing employees with safety and compliance to legal obligations..

[Audio] We recognize the importance of occupational health in protecting our employees and providing them with a safe healthy and productive environment. To ensure this we provide dedicated medical services on site with Stephanie Doyle our Occupational Health Nurse available Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays and contacted through Extension 250 or stephanie.doyle@henkel.com. We also invite Dr Lorraine to attend on site for work-related issues on Wednesday afternoons. On top of this we offer a confidential General Practitioner service on Mondays at both Tallaght and Ballyfermot providing employees with a similar service to out-of-hours doctors without having to replace their current GP..

[Audio] Rainwater is collected from our Surface Water Drainage System and delivered to nearby rivers like the Dodder in Tallaght and the Camac in Ballyfermot. To ensure the water remains uncontaminated we regularly monitor it. Additionally we use automatic shut-off valves and manual activation to prevent spills from entering the drains. In the event of an incident Security must be contacted right away..

All chemicals including fuel should be centrally placed in a bund and the personnel responsible for them ought to have the necessary knowledge and materials to be able to efficiently clean up any spills..

 while also identifying and controlling potential hazards. In the case of an emergency
 we have a plan prepared to act swiftly. Higher risk work is permitted through a system in place for authorization. Employees are provided with necessary P-P-E and trained in safety and health by our S-H-E Department. An Occupational Health team and a S-H-E Committee are in place to provide an additional layer of protection. Furthermore
 Housekeeping Standards are enforced and environmental issues are prioritized.

We are dedicated to safeguarding the safety

 and environment of all that come to or work at our sites. We are committed to maintain high standards of compliance and practice
 both as prescribed by the law and by best practices. We urge everyone to be aware of their duties and prioritize safety

 such as epoxies for the electronics industry

For everyone working or visiting Henkel sites
 the safety
 health and well-being of all are taken very seriously. Signing in and out of the site and wearing your badge visibly are essential. Adhere to all speed restrictions
 stay with your site contact
 and do not wander into other areas. Respect the no-smoking and no-camera policies
 and check in with your site contact for correct disposal of any hazardous chemicals. In designated atex areas
 no mobile phones or other ignition sources are allowed. Wear safety glasses and safety shoes as needed
 and be aware of all safety signage and designated walkways. In the event of an emergency
 evacuate to the assembly point and await further instruction. Fire alarm tests are conducted at 12 noon on Wednesdays and Thursdays
 and contact a first-aider via Security (ext. 450
 Ballyfermot) to report any accidents
 incidents or near-misses. Henkel ensures that these safety policies are strictly enforced and followed for the protection of all.

All incidents and accidents must be reported according to Henkel's global procedures and standards regardless of severity. This is to ensure that any potential consequences are minimized and that the required investigations can take place as quickly as possible. Following up on all reports is essential to implement corrective and preventative measures.

We acknowledge the importance of safety and health at Henkel and enforce high standards of housekeeping to prevent mix-ups of products
 operate machinery correctly and establish good impressions for visitors. Incidents or accidents must be reported via Mirashare
 and any injured employees must be assessed by the OH Nurse
 Company doctor
 or an external agent appointed by the company. Our company is committed to ensuring the safety
 health and wellbeing of all our staff and visitors on our sites.

We recognize the importance of upholding excellent house-keeping standards at Henkel. Achieving these standards enables us to produce a higher quality product and also sets a good impression. To ensure the proper order and organization
 all products need to be kept separate and each piece of machinery must be well maintained. It is also important for all employees to be aware of their surroundings and stay alert to potential hazards. This includes identifying primary hazards on site
 such as chemical or electrical risks
 and taking the necessary precautions to protect our safety and the safety of all who visit our sites.

Ensuring the safety of all individuals is paramount in any workplace. When in the vicinity of Forklift trucks
 it is essential to ensure that the driver and pedestrian make eye contact before the pedestrian can move on. It is mandatory to maintain a distance of at least one meter at all times. If the pedestrian enters the one meter radius around the Forklift
 the driver must stop the truck instantly. Adhering to this rule is essential to ensure the safety of all individuals.

It is essential to give forklifts the right of way when they are crossing pedestrian routes in the warehouse. Exercise caution when around them by giving them space
 paying attention to changes in speed and direction
 and looking and listening for them. Let's work together to maintain safety and observe the right of way at all times.

At Henkel
 safety is of utmost importance. To ensure safety
 it is imperative to use the designated walkways when on our premises. These walkways are represented on the slide in green for internal spaces
 yellow and black stripes for pedestrian crossings
 and white for external walkways.

The Goods Inwards Area is an area which sees a lot of forklift movements and access must be restricted to the Side Door. Any access other than the Side Door must be arranged with the Area Supervisor or Charge Hand and all vehicle movements require isolation. It is essential that Health
 Safety and Environment protocols be observed at all times. To make sure these standards are met
 please adhere to the provided guidelines.

Be aware of Ex signs which indicate that a Hot Works permit is needed when conducting work in that area. Flammable substances mixing with air can create a potentially explosive atmosphere
 and not adhering to safety protocols can result in explosions
 oxygen and ignition of fuels
 potentially leading to confinements. It is important to ensure safety is prioritized in any Ex area activities.

It is for your safety that the pilot plant
 cleaning station
 production area
 and yard in Ballyfermot have been designated as atex areas. Smoking and mobile phones are not allowed in these areas. If you need to bring a phone into the pilot plant or cleaning station
 please ensure that it is left in the secure box at the entrance.
