RESEARCH PROBLEMS. Experiences are mis-educative when they fail to stimulate critical thinking through reflection (Holland et al., 1999). Reflection is one of the most neglected elements of service-learning (McKinnon et al., 2016). Reflection is not always used in service learning programs (Ash & Clayton, 2009). The practice of service learning without reflecting will not lead to learning ( Damons & Dunbar-Krige, 2020). Reflection has the potential to become superficial if proper guidance of the reflection process is not given ( Eyler , 2002).

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES. To create a Service-Learning Reflection Form ( SLReF ) To design a rubric for SLReF to evaluate service learning program To establish the interpretation table of SLRef score.

Scene 4 (5m 41s)

RESEARCH GAPS. Students need a reflection form designed with prompt questions that could guide the students to write a good reflection. However, there is yet no distinctive reflection form that could serve as guideline for students to write their reflection about service-learning activity meaningfully..
