Project Idea: “Traceable and Circular Leather Production (TCLP) to minimize the environmental impacts of Tanneries and Leather industries of Bangladesh.” We have been shortlisted for consideration for the upcoming project. Upon securing the project, our proposed approach involves implementing Package-1, which focuses on the development of a sustainable supply chain traceability system and the piloting of an e-traceability system within the chosen leather industries and tannery cluster. This initiative aims to effectively trace and track hides from their initial sourcing stages through to the production of finished goods..
