If you are sick, or on a journey, or if one of you has come after relieving himself, or you have had sexual contact with women, and you find no water, then, go for some clean dust and wipe your faces and hands with it. It is beneficial to all king of ages, gender such as people who are overweight or elderly. Moreover, while doing Sa’i that symbolizes Hajah optimism and trust in Allah taught us as muslim to be more optimistic andbrave to face the challenges that we will face during hajj such as heat strokes and not able to rely on our family anymore (learn to try depending on Allah) When our mindset are ensured to Allah about everything, we will feel more safe and confident to face all the hardships or tests that were or will be given by Allah. Having positive mindset prevents us from doing unhealthy activities such as doing drugs or smoking  or even suicide.

Thus, the practices based on the five pillars of Islam is very important because not only it have positive effects on physical but also spiritual health.
