[Audio] This is a representation of the airport map We are now at the Super Gate 3 and Heading toward the DXB- ITP Office on Quebec Apron At Our Right, it is the Echo Apron, which is mainly hosting cargo and budget airlines including FEDEX which is one of our main customers At our left we will see the Terminal 2, from where operates Fly Dubai which is also one of our main customers Driving speed is 25 kilometre per hour, our trip will take approximately 10minutes In the opposite direction, we have a satellite office, close to Concourse Delta and Charlie Apron, were the operators take rest between flights Then we will have concourses Alpha, Bravo and Charlie And at the opposite end of the airport, we have the joint industry fuel farm at the Gulf Apron The airport is approximately 7 kilometres long and 2 kilometres large It takes approximately 1 hour and a half to do lap around the airport.
[Audio] Please remember that you are not allowed to carry the items that are displayed in the picture Please adhere to the DXB apron Ground Rules By Keep your Airport Security Pass ( ASP) visible Always remain accompanied by a Shell host whilst in the depot or apron Always wear appropriate PPEs at designated areas Be always careful when moving around in the premises Report any spillages or unsafe conditions observed Also Don't Smoke inside the office or apron. Smoking is only allowed at designated locations. Don't Use mobile phone or camera within the airport except inside the office Don't Bring food and/or drinks in the Apron Don't Share access cards or security passes with others.
[Audio] Here is the complete list of PPE that should be worn depending on the activity HEAD PROTECTION Bump Cap or Hard Hat EYE PROTECTION Safety Glasses with side shields EAR PROTECTION Ear Muff BODY PROTECTION Shirt Anti Static VISIBILITY Safety vest with anti static & Fire Retardant, highly visible reflectorized straps HAND PROTECTION Gloves Resistant to fuel and hydrocarbons BODY PROTECTION Full Length Trousers Anti Static FOOT PROTECTION Lace-up Boots Height: 13cm, Abrasion, Puncture, Oil Solvent Resistant, Anti Static, Composite Toe.
[Audio] Please remember the following instruction in case you or any one of your colleague get in contacts with JET A- 1 SKIN CONTACT Flush skin with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes in nearest EMERGENCY SHOWER. EYE CONTACT Flush eyes with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes in nearest EMERGENCY EYEWASH SWALLOWED Do not induce vomiting; transport to nearest medical facility NOTE: FUEL SOAKED CLOTHING should only be removed under running shower TO ELIMINATE THE RISK OF IGNITION SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE IF REQUIRED FIRST AID First Aid kit is available at SAV office. Look for trained on duty First Aider REPORT RIGHT AFTER Report the incident right after to any Shell staff so that further action such as medical treatment can be recommended..
