[Audio] "Good day, everyone. Welcome to the Program Implementation Review of San Antonio East Elementary School for School Year 2024 to 2025. SAEES: STRENGTHENING ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE THROUGH EDUCATION S – Student-Centered Approach A – Academic Excellence E – Equitable Access E – Empowering Teachers for Excellence S – Sustainable PartnershipsI am Dr. Jovem D. Ricablanca, your school head. Let us begin our comprehensive review of our school's progress under the key result areas of Access, Quality, and Governance.".
[Audio] "Let's begin with Access. This domain reflects the availability, reach, and inclusivity of our educational services. We shall examine enrolment trends, participation, and retention indicators.".
[Audio] "Our enrolment rate demonstrates the percentage of school-age children who enrolled this school year. This figure helps assess our reach in bringing learners into the school system.".
[Audio] "The Gross Enrolment Ratio compares our total enrollees to the school-age population. This metric allows us to identify disparities and educational access gaps.".
[Audio] "The participation rate reflects the proportion of learners actively attending classes. Sustained high participation indicates learner engagement and parental support.".
[Audio] "Our retention rate measures how many learners stay in school throughout the year. A strong retention rate suggests effective learner support systems and minimal dropouts.".
[Audio] "The transition rate tracks the percentage of learners who advance from one grade level to another. High transition rates indicate academic readiness and appropriate support interventions.".
[Audio] "Our drop-out rate remains a critical concern. This metric reflects the number of learners who leave school before completing the grade level. Our goal is to maintain zero dropouts.".
[Audio] "Now, we shift our focus to Quality. This domain evaluates learner achievement, literacy, numeracy, and overall learning outcomes through standardized assessments.".
[Audio] "The Phil-IRI Pretest in English was conducted to determine baseline reading performance among our learners in Grades 4 to 6. This served as our guide in planning targeted reading interventions.".
[Audio] "The Posttest results in English reflect improvement after implementing guided reading sessions and remedial instruction. A visible shift in instructional to independent levels was observed.".
[Audio] "For Filipino, the Phil-IRI Pretest also assessed learners' reading levels in our mother tongue. The results helped tailor interventions for struggling readers.".
[Audio] "The posttest in Filipino showed remarkable gains among our learners. Many transitioned from frustration to instructional and independent levels.".
[Audio] "CRLA, or the Comprehensive Reading Literacy Assessment, was administered as a local reading benchmark tool. The pretest results served as our baseline.".
[Audio] "Posttest results from CRLA indicate positive outcomes, validating the effectiveness of our reading interventions and differentiated instruction.".
[Audio] "Results of the Reading and Math Assessment (RMA) Pretest highlighted gaps in both literacy and numeracy. These results directed us to strengthen foundational skills.".
[Audio] "Posttest findings of the RMA revealed significant improvements in comprehension and computation skills, a testament to the impact of our remediation efforts.".
[Audio] "Governance ensures that systems, leadership, and accountability mechanisms are in place. It reflects how efficiently the school is managed to support learning.".
[Audio] "Our enabling mechanisms include School-Based Management practices, financial transparency, stakeholder involvement, and the use of monitoring tools. These foundational practices strengthen our school's capacity to implement DepEd policies effectively and uphold learner-centered governance.".
