Reaching at Height. . 4 step to Ladder Safety Pick the right ladder for the job you are going to do Make sure the ladder is in good condition Set up the ladder correctly. Work safely on the ladder Put the ladder on stable ground. Use a blocking system, safety feet or someone hold the ladder. Secure the ladder on ground and at the top. Climb and go down from a ladder facing it and maintain 3 contact point with the ladder. Don’t stand on the upper rungs..

Safety hats or helmet are firm headgear made of materials designed to protect the head . Goggles should use where hazards of flying particles, chemical splash & face shield protection for welding & grinding. Earplug & Ear muff mandatory in areas where equipment is being operated and noise is above 85 dBA. Hand gloves shall worn where hazard presents chemical splash, sharp edge, heat, grease, oil, hard object & etc., Shoe : All personal should wear appropriate foot protection when exposed to slip/trip & falling object hazards. Safety Harness with lanyard shall be used by personnel while working at above 2M height..
