[Audio] ''Safety Champion'' Process: ­ Every 25th day of the month plant HCM of respective plant will publish succeeding month calendar of ''Safety Champions'' The ''Safety Champion '' will comprise of all staff employees from different departments based at the respective plant in rotation. The ''Safety Champions '' will conduct the plant round with the defined Safety checklist. The ''Safety Champions'' will note down the key gaps identified during the round. He will discuss with the department head to identify the key reasons for the gaps found and probable solutions..

[Audio] ­ The ''Safety Champions'' have right to stop unsafe/unauthorized work. The ''Safety champions'' will wear yellow colour cap on the day he perform as "safety champion". The ''Safety Champions'' will share the finding through mail to Plant Head, HCM of respective plant and corporate Safety Officer on same date. The plant head will assign responsibility and target dates for compliance of the findings. The HSE audit System coordinator (Respective plant HCM) will monitor for close out of the action points.

Schedule of ''Safety Champion'' should be such that no repetition of ''Safety champion'' within same week. Only employees trained for safety champion process to be deployed for monthly safety champion schedule. Trained HCM Team of respective plant will trained to other employee of same plant. This training process will continue in repetitive manner..

Safety shoes are worn by employees & contractor persons. Are First aid box available , updated and maintained ? Concerned employees are aware of MSDS & displayed at identified locations..
