This briefing is mandatory for all visitors, contractors, and personnel entering the yard area. The purpose of this induction is to ensure everyone understands the safety rules, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements before starting work or moving within the premises. Safety is our top priority. Please pay full attention and follow all instructions throughout this briefing.

[Audio] Outline HSE Rules & Regulations How to comply it? Emergency Response Plan What should do during an emergency? Emergency Assemble Area Where to go during an emergency? In this briefing, we will cover three main topics: First, the Emergency Response Plan, Second, the HSE Rules and Regulations and Third, the Emergency Assembly Area about where you must report to when evacuation is required. Please remember that compliance with these rules is mandatory for everyone inside Transhu.

[Audio] HSE Rules & Regulation Personal Protective Equipment MUST be worn at all times when walking in the container storage yard Keep a lookout for heavy equipment i.e.; Trucks & MHEs Do not walk under a suspended load All visitors/ contractors must be escorted by CWTI Staffs at all times The container yard is a high-risk operational area with moving vehicles and heavy machinery. All personnel must wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times when walking in the yard. Always keep a lookout for trucks and material handling equipment. Never walk under a suspended load, as falling objects can cause serious injury. Visitors and contractors must be escorted by CWTI staff at all times. Do not move around the yard independently..

[Audio] Safety Induction Briefing HSE Rules & Regulation Safety Shoes and Safety vest are to be worn prior to entering to Yard area & keep within designated pedestrian crossing. C:\Users\symon\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SYQFPT30\AA-Adult-High-Visibility-Vest[1].gif Safety Vest *Safety Helmet, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Protection, Eye Protection, Full-body harness and lanyard required for specific task. Refer to respective activities RA, SWP for details. Before entering the yard area, safety shoes and a safety vest must be worn at all times.Please stay within designated pedestrian crossings and avoid walking into vehicle lanes.These measures are designed to ensure visibility and reduce the risk of collision with moving equipment.

[Audio] Stay within designated pedestrian crossings. No Jaywalking or walking in between the containers! Always remain within designated pedestrian crossings.Jaywalking or walking between containers is strictly prohibited due to blind spots and vehicle movement risks.Some areas within Transhub are restricted zones. Entry is only allowed with authorization and proper escort.

[Audio] Emergency Response Plan Actions to take on hearing a CONTINOUS SIREN … Remain calm Stop all works Leave the building immediately using the nearest Emergency Exit (DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR) Proceed & report to the Emergency Assembly Area Do not return to the building for any reasons If you hear a continuous emergency siren, remain calm and stop all work immediately.Leave the building using the nearest emergency exit. Do not use lift during evacuation. Proceed directly to the Emergency Assembly Area and report to the Assembly Area Coordinator. Do not return to the building for any reason until official clearance is given.

[Audio] Emergency Assembly Area the location of the main Emergency Assembly Area is visitor parking area. During an evacuation, move quickly but safely to this location. Stay with your group so that attendance can be verified.

[Audio] Alternate Emergency Assembly Area If the main assembly area is unsafe or inaccessible, proceed to the Alternate Emergency Assembly Area as opposite of Transhub. Follow instructions from emergency wardens or site personnel at all times.
