IMPLEMENTING OF SAFETY RULES & REGULATION OR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF SAFETY PROVISION :    	Due to the rampant violation  of the SAFETY STANDARD CODE,  on August 26, 1977 Pres. Marcos created a PD Decree # 1185- Establishing the Fire Code of the  Phils ., which is the CCOMMUNITY AND COMPANY FIRE BRIGADE.

4.   PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: The building must have an organized safety brigade wherein all members are well trained in fire fighting and conversant in evacuation procedures. Installation of fire exit, fire fighting  equipments  and fire alarm apparatus in the strategic place of the building. Chemical fire extinguishers must adequate and distributed proportionately.
