[Audio] There are 3 pillars in the ECG Curriculum, aimed to help you make informed decisions for your education and career pathways, and own them. 1 Develop Your Self-Concept 2 Make Decisions about Education & Career 3 Take Ownership of Goals Each pillar answers a corresponding question: Who am I? Where am I going? and How do I get there?.

Then, we moved on to Personal Development, which answered the questions "Where am I going?" and "How do I get there?". [Audio] In ECG 2, we will be focusing on Career Development. Career development begins by knowing yourself. In the first part of the module, we will be building on your Values, Interests, Personality and Strengths ( VIPS) that you covered in ECG 1 to identify your unique selling proposition. Thereafter, we will be exploring where you are headed after graduation from SP and explore possible pathways. After you have a good idea how you wish to chart your journey after poly, you will learn about applying for a job or university course, understanding the interview process, as well as learning how to accept and reject job offers. In the second part of the module, we will be exploring the ways to develop yourself through applying a Growth Mindset, learning more about image and networking, and presenting yourself professionally. You will also discover how to succeed in your first job, overcome challenges in the workplace and learn the importance of resilience. The module ends with the importance of lifelong learning in the ever changing VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world. In this year's edition of Financial Education, we will also be highlighting useful tips on being the savvy consumer.
