Towns with minimum population base of 100k are our focus across 36 states plus Federal Capital Territory. Direct presence required in focus town through core distributors. Existing Distributor can cover by getting a drop point in focus town where getting core distributor seems challenging. Towns with population base of 100,000 to 300,000 can be covered through hybrid non-core distributors. Where getting core distributor or existing distributor seems challenging. Town can be covered by existing distributors through roving Open-market Sales Reps or Van Sales Reps if not more than 60 kilometers

Each distributor is allocated with specific area or town against direct to retail coverage. Core distributor is responsible for coverage of outlets in territory assigned, through OSR/WSE/VSR as may be applicable. Outlets are exclusively mapped to a distributor. CHANNELS Wholesale coverage is expected to be weekly. Open market stores is expected to be weekly. Neighborhood stores is expected to be fortnightly. Each channel serviced by core distributor through OSR or WSE or VSR. Core distributors are classified into KD or OMD. Key Distributor (KD) services neighborhood stores through VSRs and can also service open market stores where OMD is not available in territory assigned. Van coverage must not exceed 60km daily..
