Rice with Chicken

INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts 1 Chicken stock cube 4 pints water 2 pints rice 100 grams of French beans 100 grams garden peas 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into small pieces 50 ml sunflower oil or olive oil 1 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning 1 clove garlic, minced or a tbsp. of garlic paste Salt and pepper

In a medium size saucepan boil the water, garlic, chicken and add salt and pepper. When the chicken is tender, take it out in other container and when it cools slightly shred it with your hands into medium pieces. In the broth, add the rice with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let cook over medium low heat until the rice is dry. Then add most of the shredded chicken and stir again carefully. Serve with Shredded chicken on the top
