Barangay Mambalite is surrounded  by rice fields where one of the primary jobs is farming. This study determine the needs of addressing  the issue, promote project charter that can improve  and boost capability to generate  income and trade of locality emphasizing  the recycling agro- waste of farmers in harvesting crops.

The rationale for this is  that communities, especially those in rural setting cannot prosper  fully without full engagement of its members.
