One key component of this process is the HSE Committee, made up of members from different departments who work together to ensure the effective implementation of HSE guidelines. Their role is to monitor and address any HSE related issues that may arise. In the event of non-compliance, it is essential to report the incident using the company's confidential reporting mechanism. The HSE Committee will review the report and take necessary actions to address the non-compliance. Major non-compliances will be investigated by the company and appropriate measures will be taken to prevent future incidents. Minor non-compliances can be addressed through the company's grievance mechanism. It is crucial to report and address any non-compliance to ensure the safety of everyone involved. The consequences for non-compliance may vary, with minor incidents resulting in a warning or retraining and major incidents potentially leading to disciplinary actions such as suspension or termination of employment. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of all individuals, including staff and contractors. To prevent non-compliances, it is important to always follow safety measures such as obtaining proper authorization, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and following driving safety protocols. It is also vital to avoid being under suspended loads and using the correct tools for the job. The first activity is office work, which may seem simple but can have hazards such as fire or electrical shock. Desludging, which involves removing sludge from tanks or vessels, can be hazardous due to toxic fumes. Excavation using an excavator can also be risky, with potential dangers such as cave-ins and equipment malfunctions. Hot work, including welding and cutting, must be done carefully to avoid fire accidents. Scaffolding is important in our work and must be properly maintained for safety. Blasting and painting may seem like basic tasks, but proper precautions must be taken to prevent any accidents. Repairing and servicing non-powered equipment also requires following safety protocols, as it involves working with sharp tools and unstable machinery. Lastly, handling fuel and chemical storage must be done with utmost caution to avoid explosions. As an organization, it is our responsibility to prioritize the safety and security of our employees and workplace. Understanding and implementing evacuation and emergency procedures is crucial in case of any unforeseen events. Thank you for your attention and let us continue to work towards a safe and secure environment..

[Audio] In this slide, we will focus on emergency procedures and safety monitoring. Safety is our top priority here at RA HAßCO and we have strict standards and regulations in place to ensure the wellbeing of all employees and visitors. This includes following Standard Operating Procedures for various tasks and activities, such as SOP-001-FORKLIFT, SOP-004-HAMMERS & MALLETS, and SOP-012-RESPIRATORY PROTECTION. It is essential to familiarize yourself with these SOPs and always follow them to maintain your own safety and that of those around you. Our SOPs also cover daily office tasks and activities, such as SOP-022-OPENING OFFICE DOORS GLASS DOORS and SOP-023-PHOTOCOPIER USE. Even seemingly mundane tasks can carry potential risks, so proper procedures are necessary. For emergency situations, we have SOPs like SOP-036-EMERGENCY EYE WASH, SOP-039-MANUAL HANDLING, and SOP-040-USING LPG GAS. These are crucial for a quick and safe response during emergencies. We also have SOPs for operating equipment and machinery, such as SOP-047-4X4 VEHICLES and SOP-051-OPERATING EXCAVATOR, to prevent accidents and injuries. It's important to note that our SOPs are constantly monitored and updated by our dedicated HSE department. Our SOPs may seem limiting, but they are in place to ensure a safe and secure environment for all. As a team, we must take responsibility in following these procedures and reporting any safety concerns to our HSE department. Thank you for your attention. Let's continue with the rest of our presentation..

[Audio] Today, we will be discussing an important topic regarding HSE and Security Briefing. Safety is a top priority for any company and it is our responsibility to create a safe and secure environment for our employees and clients. The current topic is building evacuation and emergency procedures, which is crucial in any workplace. Our company is RAHABCO Engineering & Construction SDN. BHD., located in Bintulu, Sarawak. We are registered with DOSH and focus on providing a safe working environment. Let's move on to the topic at hand - building evacuation and emergency procedures. It is important to have a proper evacuation plan in case of any emergency, and our company has a well-established plan with designated exits, assembly points, and communication systems. We also have a trained emergency response team and it is essential to follow their instructions during an emergency. We conduct regular safety drills to prepare for any unforeseen situation and it is important for everyone to take them seriously. In the case of a chemical emergency, we have a Chemical Health Risk Assessment Report conducted by our assessor, Mr. Thong Cia Ming. This report identifies potential risks and implements preventive measures for the safety of our employees. Additionally, we also have a Noise Risk Assessment report that is regularly conducted..

[Audio] We will be discussing Building Evacuation and Emergency Procedures, which are essential for the safety and well-being of our employees at RAH facilities. Our key performance indicators include developing a knowledgeable and competent team through company OH&S training for new personnel within one month of onboarding. Our target is to have 100% attendance and we currently have 8 personnel who have completed the training with no absences. We also aim to enhance our corporate image and cultivate a strong HSE culture through annual management reviews of our OHSMS and HSE performance. We will be tracking this through the Management Review MOM, which currently shows no reviews have been conducted this year. We will also be conducting evacuation and emergency response drills at RAH facilities once a year with a target of 100% participation. Our drill report shows that we have conducted 4 drills, with 3 being successful and 1 with room for improvement. Identifying and rectifying hazards is crucial for maintaining safety and our goal is to have at least 1 meaningful hazard identification during SHC walkabouts and achieve 100% rectification. Currently, there have been no hazard identifications or rectifications according to the HSE Inspection Record. We strive for a goal of zero fatalities, a low LTIFR and zero recordable incidents to maintain a safe work environment. These will be tracked through our Accident Report and HSE Report, both of which show no incidents so far. Finally, we aim to have zero attrition or resignations due to work-related stress, which will be monitored through our HR Report..

[Audio] We will be discussing the OSH performance index for RAHABCO. This table contains data from the years 2025 to 2016, providing an overview of safety and incident rates. The exposure total man-hours worked has increased due to project site expansion and the addition of our Saberkas Admin Site Office. This number is important in determining incident rates. In the safety section, there were no fatalities or loss time incidents recorded in any of the years. However, there were a few cases of lost work days, restricted work days, medical treatment, and first aid. These numbers show our effective safety procedures. We are proud to say that there were no near miss incidents recorded in any of the years. The safety fatal accident rate and total recordable case frequency have increased from 2020 to 2025, and we will work to improve this in the coming years. In the environmental section, there were no recorded cases of loss of primary containment. This reflects our continuous efforts to prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors. We will continue to monitor and improve our safety and environmental practices to maintain a safe workplace for everyone..

[Audio] Our workshop on HSE and security briefing has focused on one important aspect of workplace safety - building evacuation and emergency procedures. These procedures are crucial for the safety and well-being of every individual in our company. When faced with an emergency, it is important to remain calm and follow the established evacuation procedures. Our building has designated evacuation routes and emergency exits for different types of emergencies, such as fire, earthquake, or other potential dangers. It is important for everyone to familiarize themselves with these routes and exits, as well as the assembly point outside the building. Additionally, we have specific emergency procedures outlined in the employee handbook for different scenarios. It is important for all employees to read and understand these procedures in order to respond quickly and efficiently in case of an emergency. To increase awareness and promote safety in the workplace, we will be conducting a monthly HSE campaign with various activities and training sessions. As a way to recognize and reward individuals who go above and beyond in promoting HSE practices and maintaining a safe work environment, a focus recognition and award will be implemented in fiscal year 2025. This will not only motivate employees to prioritize safety, but also create a culture of HSE within our company.
