The name of the dish that we select  is roast turkey with cranberry sauce. It is from United States of America.  It is typically eaten on Thanksgiving Day.  This is a national holiday that is  celebrated on fourth Thursday of November.  Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and  cultural traditions. It ́s a typical family reunion day.

This   dish   is  hot,  bright   brownish ,  tasty ,  smelly   and   crispy .

The ingredients of this dish are: One whole turkey Salt and pepper to taste  2 cups of chicken, vegetable broth or water 150 gms of cranberries 20 gms of sugar

Cooking   instructions :  1 -  Clean   the   turkey  skin  and  interior  thoroughly . Set  the   turkey   breast-side   up   on   the   roasting   rack  set in a  roasting   pan   and   let   it   sit   while   the   oven   preheats .  This  takes  the   chill   off   the   meat ,  which   helps   the   meat   cook   faster   and  more  evenly .  It   also   gives   the  skin time to  dry  out,  which   promotes   browning   and   crisping .  Rub   it   with  some  salt   and   pepper   before   putting   it  in  the   oven .

Cooking   instructions :  2 -  When   ready  to  roast ,  pour   the   broth   or   water   into   the   roasting   pan .  Place   the   turkey  in  the   oven   and   turn   down   the   heat  to 180  ºC . The  estimated   cooking  time  is  3  hours   and  a  half .

Cooking   instructions :  3 -  Every  45 minutes, remove  the   turkey   from   the   oven ,  close   the   oven   door  ( don’t   let   that   heat  out!),  and  baste  the   turkey   all   over .  Rest   the   turkey  for 30 minutes  before   carving .

Cooking   instructions :  4 - For  the   cranberry   sauce :  First   rinse   the   cranberries .  After ,  boil   water   with  sugar  and   add   the   cranberries   until   they   burst .  Let   the   sauce  cool  and   place   on   the  top  of   the   turkey .
