The comms cadet covers both day and night shifts, every day of the week, ensuring 24/7 coverage. This structure ensures continuous operations, with office cadets focused on regular working hours and comms cadets covering the full day and night shifts..
[Audio] Morning Exercise Routine oSchedule: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7am to 7:30am oPurpose: To enhance physical fitness and promote teamwork among cadets. oActivities: Includes a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility workouts. Short Exams o At the end of each rotation, each department provides examination to the assigned cadets. It assess the cadets' grasp of the knowledge and skills acquired during their rotation. A Concise exams designed to evaluate practical understanding and application. 4.Cadets Rotation Onboard oCadets will undergo a 6-month rotation onboard a vessel in drydock, which will count towards the sea service requirements for their D-C-O-C certificates as mandated by marina. They will then complete an additional 6-month rotation on an operational vessel, totaling 12 months of service. This combined experience will be used to meet the requirements for their Officer in Charge (O-I-C--) examination..
[Audio] Promotion Process For Cadets Promotion Opportunity: All cadets, whether deck cadets or engine cadets, have the chance to be promoted based on their performance and recommendations. Deck Cadets: Eligible for promotion to Ordinary Seaman (O-S---). Engine Cadets: Eligible for promotion to Wiper. Recommendation & Evaluation Criteria: Promotions are not automatic. They depend on the recommendation and evaluation given by: The Captain for deck cadets The Chief Engineer for engine cadets.

After Returning for Another 6 Months Onboard: Upon their return and completion of an additional 6 months onboard, their promotion will take effect.
