RDOTI also holds a Commercial and Operational office at 1132 E-D-S-A-, Balintawak, Quezon City. RDOTI provides operational, technical, and crew management to all vessels within its fleet. Royal Dragon Ocean Transport Inc. was established in 2011 and manages 9 vessels. RDOTI's Management Team has extensive experience both in actual on-board technical and management operations, as well as land-based technical and management operations. [Audio] I.Work Schedules and Station Rotations Official Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Time In: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM: 30-minute exercise session begins. Cadets must be present in the office by 6:40 AM. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: Cadets must report to the office by 7:30 AM. Time Out: Cadets may clock out based on their department's requirements. Lunch Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. No Loitering: Cadets are not allowed to loiter within the office premises. Departmental Assignments: Cadets rotate through various departments every 2 weeks: Runner: Assigned to official errands. Communications (AM & PM): Handles direct contact with vessels and R-D-O-T-I staff, and reports vessel statuses. Admin, Marine, Technical, Supply Chain Departments: Cadets are assigned respective operational duties..
[Audio] II.Attendance, Grooming, and Uniform Attendance: Daily, on-time reporting required. Uniform Maroon Polo Shirt: Department-specific. White Polo Shirt: For Communication Department and Runners. Black Slacks Black Shoes Appearance must be neat and presentable at all times. Straight Duty: Prohibited without approval. Lates and Leaves: Approval is required for late arrivals and leaves. Notification must be given to the Crewing Officer and Admin Superintendent at least one day before the scheduled leave of absence. Frequent tardiness and absences are not tolerated..

Office and Communication/Briefing Room Cleanliness · Cleaning: Must be completed before 8am daily; trash disposed of every afternoon · Equipment Shutdown: Ensure lights, aircon, computers, and printers are turned off on the entire 3rd floor before leaving. · The comfort room should be cleaned and maintained every hour. IV. Official Business Errands · All cadet movements must be communicated to the crewing officer · Official Business Forms: Required for safety; filled by requesting department with approval of crewing officer and admin superintendent and OM approval if outside Metro Manila · If any instruction is unclear, seek clarification immediately.
[Audio] V. Communication Department Communication Guidelines: Monitoring: Cadets must continuously monitor the company phone and messenger for communications from staff and vessels. Vessel Updates: Regularly check messenger for updates. Promptly report any incidents to the relevant officers (Marine,Technical, Operation Manager) to ensure timely instructions to the crew and prevent vessel damage. Company Phone Data Usage:The company phone has unlimited calls and texts with 13 gigabytes of data refreshing on the 10th of each month. If data usage exceeds this limit, the excess will be charged to the cadets on duty during that billing period. Ship Daily Reports: regularly request updates on vessel status. Reporting Time: Every 4 hours forwarded via emails to all staff. Double-check all details and information provided by vessels. Charted by: who is responsible for charting the report Fleet Report: Every 1730H to be submitted to OM and President.
[Audio] V. Communication Department (cont.) Navigational Warnings: Forward all received warnings to vessels via messenger and email. Location Reports: ll staff on official business must submit their current location. Location report must be submitted the next day. Weather Report & Crew List: Always print out and update the board everyday Notice of Arrival (N-O-A--) Follow the detailed procedure attached. Monthly Report Include total navigational warnings, location reports, and crew list received.

Schedules: Schedules sent every 2 weeks via R-D-O-T-I Cadets group chat messenger When borrowing an item, you are responsible for its care and any potential losses or damage. Additionally, ensure that it is returned to the exact location from which it was borrowed. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned at any time based on the operational needs. Deck Cadets: Eligible for promotion to Ordinary Seaman (O-S---). Engine Cadets: Eligible for promotion to Wiper. Recommendation & Evaluation Criteria: Promotions are not automatic.
