A meeting is a gathering of two or more people that has been convened for purpose of achieving a common goal through verbal interaction, such as sharing information or reaching agreement.

So, what are the main necessities for your meeting? Whiteboard with pens The chair and table The right projector and viewport. Cables and cords. Function A/V equipment Audio or video conferencing equipment. A coffee maker or hot water boiler for tea.
