GUIDELINES for PROPOSAL HEARING. •Each group will be given 10 minutes to present their recorded videos, which will be followed by the cross-examination. •During the cross-examination, each panelists will be given 4 minutes to ask questions and to give comments and suggestions • During the deliberation, the researchers are requested to leave the meeting. • After the deliberation, the group will be asked to return the meeting room for the final verdict of their proposed research.
