They are working on a new app which shall scan advertisements and redirect those to a cloud-based platform providing users access to further details. This will not only benefit property owners and dealers in keeping track of how many people have seen their advertisement but also people who are looking for rental or sale options as it will provide them with an efficient way to access the information..

[Audio] Our innovative digital solution connects print media advertisements to a digital platform. It consists of an accessible App with multilingual features. Users can access personal properties by scanning print ads and extract text from them accurately. Our App also includes Cloud Parsing to process the text of the property efficiently and is integrated with User Profiles for personalized scanning. The Marketplace helps to manage listings and access analytics. Analytics track engagement and market trends to provide enhanced exposure for wider audience access (Fig 1: System Architecture)..

[Audio] Our team the Digital Divas utilized an impressive tech stack to develop our idea. Node.js Express.js and either MongoDB or PostgreSQL were utilized as the cloud platform. The mobile app was created with Flutter and Dart and Cloud services such as O-C-R and Google Vision A-P-I were utilized for machine learning. To top it off Docker and Cloud Hosting services from A-W-S and G-C-P were used..
