[Virtual Presenter] Good afternoon everyone. Today I'm here to talk about a Quick Teams cross-functional team and the actions taken to ensure customer satisfaction. Let's dive in and explore the details..
[Audio] " The Q-Team is a vital part of Scania SEU's Red Arrow Process. It is a cross-functional team of dedicated resources from R&D Procurement and Production with the sole mission of quickly handling quality deviations. These deviations can be classified into FQ-items which are those that cause end customer dissatisfaction and PR-items which involve direct impacts on delivery precision direct run stop time and other production-related issues. The goal of the Q-Team is to take short-term action within 24 hours and long-term action within 10 days. All actions taken by the Q-Team are coordinated through daily Q-Team meetings – also known as C-O-L (Customer OnLine). By providing a swift and efficient response to quality discrepancies the Q-Team is an essential part of Scania SEU's commitment to superior service and customer satisfaction..
As stated on previous slide, the Q-Team consists of a cross functional team with dedicated resources from R&D (Research and development) The Quick team portfolio does not only consist of T&B (Truck and buses) but also P/S (PowerSolutions) Members of Engine Development Quick-Team are picked from these organizations: ENMKQ (Truck & Buses) KETS (Power Solutions) ENEE (Electrics) SRQQ (Supplier Quality Assurance, procurement) SRQF (Sourcing Manager, procurement).
[Audio] TRATON has implemented Quick Teams worldwide to remain close to production and be in a position to address any deviation. These teams can draw on additional resources when necessary. Presently the Quick Teams for Engine Development are located in Sweden Brazil China Belgium U-S-A and Germany. In this way TRATON is highly prepared to spot and handle any potential issues..

I support the Assignment Managers and Deliverystop Coordinators in the Root Cause Analysis process when a supplier deviation is identified and handle the commercial aspects for Quick Design items issuing an eQW or eQ depending on the need. When evaluating the STA LTA R-C-A from the eQ/eQW-report together with the Assignment Manager or Deliverystop Coordinator I always use facts and evidence not opinions and emotions to represent Scania. [Audio] I will be presenting the Field Quality process at Red Arrow broken down into Quick Medium and Heavy deviations. We have set out several principals of success such as focusing on the end customer need and 24-hour cycles as well as cross-functional coordination and visualization. Once an assignment is accepted by the Assignment Manager we move into a 24-hour pulse until we reach the Go/No-Go decision point which we aim to reach within 4 weeks. Our responsibilities include identifying the root cause implementing short-term and long-term actions and suggesting and implementing service solutions..
[Audio] Our project focuses on the Production Related (P-R---) process. We have been successful in implementing the Red Arrow process in the Quick category with milestones A5 to A-1-3-0 in FRAS. We are responsible for design change E-C-O handling helping production with A-4-0 implementation and implementing A-1-1-0 and A130. The Assignment Manager is responsible for the Money Approval Process if design changes or updates require economic investment. Let us discuss the concept of cultural diversity..
[Audio] In the event of a critical deviation a Delivery Stop can be implemented to stop deliveries to internal customers or from the assembly unit. The responsibility falls on the Product Manager and they should inform all relevant stakeholders via PDS-mail accompanied by a F-R-A-S assignment which includes the responsible PRU's. Possible issues which can result in a Delivery Stop include production disturbances economic loss legal implications customer V-O-R and damage to our brand image. It is important to take steps immediately to minimize any damage to Scania and the customer. Therefore all meetings related to Delivery Stop should be documented and accessible to the respective parties for review..
20. Support KEPQ & EMQN.
[Audio] Ensuring the success of our project depends on the support of DE KE and E-N-M organizations. Their expertise knowledge and resources are essential for achieving our objectives. Therefore it is essential to keep strong relationships with each of these organizations to fulfill our goals quickly and efficiently..
[Audio] Assuming the responsibility of overseeing implementations of the Long-Term Agreement Project Q has been launched. [Audio] At Scania SEU Q-Team we have a clear focus on our actions. We examine the entire project in detail and make sure to achieve our goal using the most efficient methods. We do not take on tasks that do not come under the ambit of our project. We remain dedicated to the project and always work towards making it the most effective. As a team we remain mindful of our objectives and limitations so that we can deliver outstanding results..
24. General EFR Approvals.
[Audio] An analysis of data obtained from our team regarding the specific requirements needed to move forward with the approval of a specific power solution revealed that an exception was necessary for E-F-R approvals. This conclusion was reached after carefully considering the data obtained. Slide 25 of the Project Q presentation provides further review of this exception..
[Audio] Our team is not responsible for STA Implementations (P-R---) per our guidelines. These processes are independent and we do not oversee it. However we remain available and willing to provide any necessary assistance..
27. Approval of damaged gods.
