Senior Capstone project 1/18/2022.

Problem Statement. Students are having a hard time having fun at an affordable price, this problem is ongoing and doesn't seem to be stopping. This must be addressed because students are lacking important skills, they will continue to use throughout their lifetime such as problem solving, creativity, and willingness to take risks and they don’t get the chance to develop and use there fine and gross motor skill.

Executive Summary. In today's economy, this generation of teenagers struggle to find the thrill and adventure that is essentially desired in order to grow and cherish and active imagination. In such ways we have found ways to fill this desire in the form of a shopping cart go-kart. By assembling a motor used from a lawn mower or another used motor, we calculate the force and velocity in order to push a shopping cart in a forward direction. Of course, this mechanic would involve a larger set of wheels for the safety of the weight, along with handlebars for steering and a press brake for an easy stop. The motor will have enough force in power to give the thrill of the ride but not fast enough to result in losing control. Inside the cart there would be a comfortable seat in which the passenger can sit and control the kart. To construct this, we would weld together the chassis and design it for style as well..

Market Research. In today's market we would face heavy competition from other motorized transportation companies such as Honda, Kawasaki, and Indian. Our target market and demographic are people who love to shop with efficiency, and equally like a good adventure for a fraction of the coast. Our product will allow shoppers to move with extreme speed and comfort riding in style while building up lifelong skills..
