[Audio] The Product 311 mailbox allows you to send an email to the product team when you aren't certain who to reach out to. These emails will include items from enhancement request to general product questions. The mailbox provides an effective way to communicate to stakeholders within the organization. It also provides the product team a centralized way to track these requests. While in your Outlook Inbox Select the icon for New Email When the prompt appears, type "Product 311" in the field outlined and click on the arrow Click on "Product 311 DL" once it appears in the results, Click "To" for that field to populate Then click OK.
[Audio] Now we are ready to populate the Subject line and content of the email Please adhere to the Advantive Email Standards when sending emails to this mailbox. Also, consider the ABCs of an impactful email outlined in the Advantive Onboarding Guide. The Subject line should read "Question" or "Action" with an appropriate summary Some important pieces of information that we would like you to include in the body of the email are: Who is the customer? What product is the request concerning? Size of the opportunity?
