[Audio] Slide 11: Our team has been diligently working on the smooth integration of a 300 kWp rooftop solar photovoltaic system at the Koronadal City Hall in preparation for the 50th anniversary of the IIEE South Cotabato Chapter in 2025. This project involves evaluating the existing 1.5 MVA, 3-phase, oil-immersed transformer system at the City Hall in Brgy. Zone III, Koronadal City, South Cotabato. Our goal is to assess the readiness of the system and its site vicinity for the integration of the solar PV system. The transformer, which has a Y-Y connection and a grounded neutral, operates at 60 Hz with a primary voltage of 13,200 GY/7,620 V and a secondary voltage of 240/139 V. It is protected by a 3,200 A, 3-pole main ACB with adjustable settings for long-time, short-time, and ground faults. Downstream breakers rated 800-1,600 A also provide protection for the system. The PV system will be connected at the main integration point and will consist of 700 W bifacial modules paired with four 75 kW Growatt MAX 75KTL3-XL2 inverters, which are designed for efficient DC-AC conversion and grid connection. Our assessment includes analyzing the system's short-circuit and fault capabilities, voltage drop, load flow, harmonic analysis, protection coordination, and site vicinity assessment. It is crucial for us to gather comprehensive data to ensure the system's readiness for PV integration. Let's now move on to the next slide to learn more about the project's progress..

The chapter has been conducting regular board meetings in preparation for this milestone at our office in Koronadal City. Slide 13 contains important technical information about our current equipment. First, we have a 1.5 MVA power transformer that is 3-phase and oil-immersed, with a frequency of 60 Hz. The primary voltage is 13.2 kV and the secondary voltage is 240 V for single-phase and 139 V for three-phase. It has an impedance of approximately 6%, ensuring efficient power distribution. Next, we have a 700 W bifacial solar panel with a maximum power output of 700 W and a voltage of 50.14 V at open circuit. It boasts an efficiency of 22.56% and a bifacial gain of 5%, for a total output of around 735 W. The cell type is HJT with 132 half-cut cells. Its dimensions are 2383 x 1302 x 35 mm and it weighs 38.5 kg, with a maximum power of 75KTL3-XL2. Lastly, we have a 3-phase grid tie inverter with a maximum PV input of 112.5 kW and 8 maximum power point trackers. Its DC input range is 180-800 V and its AC output is 75 kW/75 kVA. The nominal voltage is 220 V and the maximum current is 197 A. It has protection and monitoring features with an IP66/C5 rating and SPD type II for added safety. It also has string and I-V monitoring for efficient operation. Thank you for your attention on slide 13. [Audio] In the upcoming years, our team at the IIEE South Cotabato Chapter is excited to present our latest project. Our objective is to assess and evaluate the existing 1.5 MVA electrical infrastructure of the four-storey Koronadal City Hall. We will be looking at the load profile, transformer utilization, and power quality in order to recommend the most suitable solar PV capacity and system design that takes into account energy demand patterns, financial viability, and adherence to local electrical codes and standards. As part of our commitment to sustainable and renewable energy, we will also explore the feasibility of integrating a grid-tied solar PV system into the Koronadal City Hall by examining the available roof space, system compatibility, and connection points within the current distribution network. Our goal is to submit a Technical Engineering Report (TER) that will serve as the basis for future development of the Koronadal City Hall's electrical infrastructure. Through our thorough evaluation and analysis, we are confident in providing the best long-term solution for the building's sustainability. Thank you for your attention and continued support..
