Case Study. Bakers Delight is one of the biggest bakery shop in Canberra where many kinds of services and offers are available. Customers can do a membership here by registering their name via their phone number. Once they’ve registered for each dollar they spend they get 1 point. After they reach 1000 points they can redeem it to take $10 discount in next purchase. There are Manager and staffs all doing their duties. Manager looks after the order, sales and fills in the place of staffs who’s on break or on leave. Staffs are always baking and serving the customers. When it gets too busy the manager hires a casual staff in order to reduce the workload in the other staffs..
