Steps for clean hands Wet your hands under clean running water. Use warm water if available. Put soap on your hands and wash for 20 seconds. Liquid soap is best. Rub hands together until the soap makes bubbles. Rub on both sides of both hands ... and in between fingers and thumbs ... and round and round both hands. Rinse all the soap off under clean running water. Use warm water if available. Dry your hands all over for 20 seconds. Using a paper towel is best (or, if at home, a clean dry towel).

2. GLOVES
Rernove gloves as govvn is pulled over hands
Rernove gloves separately
Sanitise thoroughly on hands and wrists until dry

EYE WEAR
Grasp side Of visor and ret-nove forw•ard
Discard or clean according to local policy
Sanitise thoroughly on hands and wrists until dry
4. MASK/ N95/ MASK with Visor attached
Grasp/ untie the bottorn elastic strap, (and scrunch
up bottorn hair net)
Then the top elastic strap (and scrunch up front
hair net)
Reroove hair net and elastic straps/ ties together
aw•ay frorn the body
Sanitise thoroughly finger tips to elbows until dry

Test RESULTS. '15 min.. Wait 15 minutes for results.

Reading the test results correctly. Negative Result.

It is unlikely that you have Covid, especially if you have no symptoms

The test has not worked You need to repeat another test

If your test is invalid again you may have to get a standard PCR test, Via a testing station or your doctor
