[Audio] Warrant Management System (WMS) A warrant management system (WMS) is a digital platform used to streamline the process of issuing, tracking, and executing court warrants. To digitize and automate the handling of court warrants to ensure they are executed promptly. Tracks the status of the warrant's execution in real-time. Improves compliance and accountability for warrant execution. Provides real-time oversight for courts and police hierarchies.

[Audio] VWDC The Vulnerable Witness Deposition Centre (VWDC) is a specialized facility designed to provide a safe and secure environment for recording the evidence of vulnerable witnesses in court. The VWDC aims to protect these witnesses from threats and intimidation, ensuring their dignity and safety during the legal process. The Supreme Court of India has mandated the establishment of VWDCs across the country, with the aim of creating a barrier-free environment for vulnerable witnesses. [Audio] Virtual High Court The virtual high court at district court is use of video conferencing technology to conduct court proceedings of Hon’ble High Court of Orissa remotely at District Court Virtual High Court Centre. This system has been implemented to ensure that justice can be delivered even during times when physical courtrooms are not accessible. The virtual high court aims to provide a more efficient and accessible judicial process, allowing for the resolution of cases and the delivery of justice from anywhere in the count..

The eCourts Project in India aims to digitize court records and implement a unified technology platform for seamless access to justice, enhancing efficiency and transparency The digitization of court systems enhances efficiency, accessibility, and transparency, significantly transforming how justice is delivered..

[Audio] CIS & NJDG The Case Information System (CIS) software is a giant move under the initiative of the e committee to make the Indian Judiciary more transparent and more litigant friendly. The whole idea of CIS to put it in a nutshell is that the litigant should be able to view the daily status of his case, to view the orders of the case, hearing date of his case, the progress of the case on any particular date etc. on­line from any part of the world. National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG) is a database of orders, judgments and case details of 18,735 District & Subordinate Courts and High Courts created as an online platform under the eCourts Project. Data is updated on a near real-time basis by the connected District and Taluka courts. It provides data relating to judicial proceedings/decisions of all computerized district and subordinate courts of the country. All High Courts have also joined the National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG) through web services, providing easy access facility to the litigant public.

[Audio] NSTEP The service of summons and processes by traditional methods are often a cause for inevitable delay in speedy disposal of cases. NSTEP is a centralized process service tracking application comprising of a web application and a complementary mobile app designed to streamline the process. NSTEP Mobile App provided to bailiffs and process servers enable transparent tracking of service of notices and summons in real-time. Once the process is adopted through CIS software by the respective courts, it will become available on the NSTEP web application in the electronic format. NSTEP web application enables allocation of published processes to bailiffs if service is to be effected within their jurisdiction.
