[Audio] Today we will be discussing the controversial Topic of Racism In The Society of the United states.
[Audio] So Before we go any deeper into the topic, here is a little background information I want to give you. When someone has experienced cultural Racism they will be treated unfairly due to the simple aspect of where they are from. This isn't something new to the society as it has been going on for generations. I believe racism is a trait that others pass down to there upbringing because an infants first role model is their parents. So if your child sees your actions or attitude to a certain culture or race it will then translate to them and how they treat others..
[Audio] Here is the reasons I care. I care because people shouldn't be treated unfairly because where their from as that isn't something that is picked. I know if anyone I love and care for was assaulted or disrespected based off how they look or the color of there skin it wouldn't sit right with me. So why not care if someone I don't know gets treated like that? Well we are all human, one group shouldn't be suppressed due to how they look. Nobody is better than anybody in that aspect. We should all be equals..
[Audio] Heres why I think you should care. Do You Notice The Diversity of The People You See Everyday? Or even Have you or anybody you know experience racism based on where your from or how they look? If you are somebody who answered No to both of these question put yourself in those who are experiencing racism shoes, based on the Background information your already know. Would this be something you support?.
[Audio] Here are two ways you can help. First I want you to use your voice when racism is present around you and stand up for what's right. Don't let those around you think it's a joke as there have been life's lost around this topic. I want to move on into the future for you all so since most if not all of you don't have kids just yet, When those days come with you raising your child I need you to raise them with nothing but positivity for those who are different from them..
[Audio] Here is my thesis. How would you feel if you were disrespected based on your ethnicity or race? Many people think the act of racism doesn't really happen often, though acts of racism happen everyday all around the United States. My goal throughout this paper is to explain how serious the matter is and things that society can do to limit it. Although this paper may not reach the whole United States I plan to inform those who don't care or who don't know how they can help..
[Audio] Thank you for watching I hope you enjoyed..
