Recommendations   For Limiting the littering of e-scooters everywhere - The user should require to park and upload a photo of the bike during the start and end of their journey, to ensure the user has parked the bike at an available docking port. There should be a tracking chip to keep a check on bike if its is stranded or damaged. If it’s left stranded then the user would be responsible for the payment for the damage incurred or the bike lost.   In the event that the E-scooter is left stranded, a warning message would be sent to the user. The E-scooter can be recovered and returned to the nearest E-scooter location by a collection crew.

Recommendations   For limiting the number of accidents - limiting the speed limit on the bikes to 25 kilometres per hour (15 mph) in most areas, and 10 kilometres per hour (6 mph) in areas with heavy foot traffic and prohibit parking anywhere but designated spaces. Adding the feature to be able to call the needed emergency contact incase help required due to fall or accidental damage.
