Implementing Quality Management System
 As the owner, Barend Uytenbogaardt, has formally accepts responsibility for the system.
 Key responsibilities include documenting the system, communicating policies, setting ethical culture, donating resources, and updating it as needed.
 Individuals responsible for ensuring ethics and compliance, monitoring operations, and holding employees accountable.
 Staff attending training and staying  informed about policies and procedures is also crucial.
