Restoring new grading system I suggest introducing digital correction systems to ensure greater fairness, consistency,and professionalism in marking written expression in the Baccalaureate exam. Clear correction criteria, teacher training, fewer papers, and digital correction can improve fairness and consistency. Digital correction system and training sessions before the correction. Provide clear rubrics, train examiners, use anonymized copies, and apply moderation or double marking to ensure fairness and consistency. Providing enough time, little papers also giving some teachers the chance to contribute in correction in order to help the other teachers and gain experience Create a detailed marking scheme and stick to it, manage time and control fatigue , in addition to applying positive marking..
