[Audio] Supply Chain Security Program CT-Pat requires company representatives from all of the relevant departments been incorporated into a cross-functional team to build a robust Supply Chain Security Program. QSP94011 Corporate Security Policy, known as CSP, is Wintec's Supply Chain Security Program. It describes the new security measures been incorporated into existing company procedures to create a more sustainable structure that emphasizes that supply chain security is everyone's responsibility. CSP POC POC is Point Of Contact which is the company's Security Committee Chair. The person is responsible for planning and implementing the Supply Chain Security Program for the company. This person is also the contact point to communicate with CT-Pat. Lawrence Chum, Wintec's Security manager is the POC of the Supply Chain Security Program. CSP Representatives Wintec CSP Representatives consists of the Security Manager and a Security Committee, which maintain the supply chain security program CSP. CSP Review The Security Committee team is responsible for reviewing the supply chain security program CSP QSP94011 at least once a year. The review will be performed in the committee meetings. CSP Audit the supply chain security program CSP QSP94011 shall be audited at least once a year. The audit is conducted by either Wintec's Compliance and Audit teams, and the Security Committee. The audit will follow Wintec ISO internal audit procedure. CSP Changes CSP Changes to the policies or the procedures will be implemented following Wintec's Engineering Change Notification procedure QSP94052. Training will be provided to the related personnel on the CSP changes as needed.
