The 2-01) Dhaka garment factor; collapse was a structural failure that occurred on 2-4 April 2-01 in the Savar upazila of Dhaka District, ßangladesk, where an eight—Story commercial building called Rana maza collapsed. The search for the dead ended on 13 May 2013 with a death toll of 1,134. Approximately 2,500 injured people were rescued from the building alive. It is considered the deadliest structural failure accident in modern human history and the deadliest garment-factory disaster in history.

Through designing the interior and exterior to suit its workforce, Hangar 13.5 will have the most positive working environment for laborers. Through ensuring that Hangar 13.5 meets its laborers' needs and comfort, the output in regards to productivity will increase greatly. A happy workforce is a productive workforce.
