Antimicrobial studies Annamalai, J & Nallamuthu, T, (2016)  , stated  Ag-NPs were founded to be toxic to human pathogens like  Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa  and  Candida albicans .  Kazlagić  et al, (2020)  developed that Ag-NPs synthesized by using the apple extract through the Disk diffusion method have a high potential to suppress the growth of  Salmonella  spp   (20 mm diameter) and  Escherichia coli  when compared to  Amoxicillinn  Clavulanic Acid  .

Ag-NPs will be synthesis by the green method by using the hedyotis diffusa extract.  Ag-NPs appeared yellowish brown color [in ( aq )] as a result of surface plasmon vibrations.  A characteristic peak at 440 nm in the UV-Vis spectrum    confirms the formation of Ag-NPs .  SEM will determine the size & shape of Ag-NPs with spherical & average size ↓100nm.  FTIR will produce a spectrum (-OH, -CO, -C=O, -C-C, -NH)
