[Audio] Arshya Engineers and Fabrications Pvt.Ltd is an ASME U stamp approved workshop. It is also approved by Indian Boiler Regulation for manufacturing Boiler Components and Fittings. Our workshop is PED certified for manufacturing of Butt Weld Fittings and Flanges as well as pressure equipment. Apart from these Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified. Termochimica Impianti based in Italy is our Design Collaborator for supply of Deaerators.

We are very cautious and committed to save our environment. 1.With our inbuilt Roof Top solar system we are able to produce 50% of our electricity consumption. 2. [Audio] Our total Area is 91800 Sq feet out of which 78000 Sq feet is covered Area. The core strength of our factory is our 160 well trained and qualified people. We have CNC Plasma and CNC Oxy cutting Facility available. 3 Nos Plate bending machine available up to 60 mm Thk and 2.5 Metre width. Our workshop is equipped with SAW, GTAW, SMAW and GMAW welding facility. 22 Nos motorized rotating equipments are helping us to increase the productivity. Our press shop is equipped with 6 nos of Press machine upto 800 T Capacity. For Heat treatment our workshop is equipped with Heat treatment furnace, Modular Furnace and Localised Heat Treatment facilities. 8 Nos Lathe machines are precisely doing their jobs for machining requiremets. For Drilling we have 2 nos.Radial Drill machine. The most beautiful part is that we have separate and distinguished Stainless Steel Fabrication Area. For lifting and material shifting the workshop is equipped with 10Nos Over head Cranes up to 25 MT capacity. Our Induction Heating Hot Forming Mandrel Elbow machine produces precise elbows faster with accuracy. We feel proud that we are the first manufacturer I India to devlop Reducing Elbow for Oil and Gas and HVAC. MANUFACTURING FACILITY.
