She is my eldest sister.
She loves to hike or trek so I decided to do an interview with her so she can also share something about her experience.
So, let’s get started!
Anni, may I conduct an interview to you? Tue 116 PM
g What about?
About trekking and hiking I heard you've been doing such tiring but exciting activity like hiking and I just want to ask, How do you feel when you do such activity like that? Tue PM
One of my best outdoor activities is trekking or hiking! It's not all about the destination, but it is all about the journey itself. You get to talk and connect to the nature. I love to hear the birds chirping, the waterfalls roaring, the sound of the leaves falling and many more. It's just so refreshing and relieving after a long week of work. Not only that it's good for your health, you will also get the chance to meet new friends. And this is the reason why I love to spend my time with nature everytime a feel stressed because nothing beats the peace that nature transmits to us and of course, that feeling when you reach the destination.

How did you manage if you had experienced such accidents?
Is their any instances that you were experienced a small injuries during the hiking ?
By God's grace, I only got small cuts and blisters during the trek, and I made sure that before I started to go on trekking or hiking, I brought first aid kits with me. I just hike at my own pace and rest if necessary.
Insect bites, cuts and rashes because of the thorny bushes along the way.
How hiking or trekking develop your physical and mental health?
1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? 2 My help comes from the Lord , the Maker of heaven and earth.
